To receive the full benefit from your treatment, please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time. Your service will end on time to ensure the next client is not inconvenienced.
Credit card details or a deposit are required to secure bookings for longer services and packages. These appointments will be billed at the completion of your treatment.
Your referrals mean a great deal to us, and so with each referral of a friend, colleague or family member to Bliss on Buderim we will reward you with a special gift. Your friend will also receive $10 off their first appointment. Referrals ensure that we will be around for years to come and are the best thanks you can give.
We’re very happy to have you as part of the Bliss family, and want to reward you for your loyalty to us. Therefore, each time you visit our salon, we’ll record your purchases, and allocate reward points to your account. Once 25 points have accumulated, you can use them against treatment purchases of your choice.
The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and we often have a waitlist of clients. When you book a treatment/make an appointment with us, we guarantee you this time and appoint a therapist to take care of your needs. Please advise us at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. If you are using a gift voucher, 50% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 24 hours notice. You will be personally phoned, emailed or sent a text message 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your booking and as acknowledgment of this policy. Cancellations have a significant impact on us therefore we need to endorse our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.
